Express Lube

Our drive-through Express Lube service has proven to be very popular. No appointment necessary, you simply drive up to our Express Lube entrance where we will greet you. We quickly and efficiently change your oil and check your air filter, fluid levels and tire pressure. Don't forget to bring your Tony Graham Rewards card to receive your points!

Booking Maintenance or Repair Service

We recommend appointments whenever possible. For your convenience, we offer on-line service appointment booking, or you can call (613) 271-8200.

With or without an appointment, when bringing your vehicle in for service please drive directly up to the Kanata Toyota Service department entrance doors and honk your horn to enter.

When picking your vehicle up, you can go directly to the Service counter

Late-night and Early-bird Drop Off

If you can't drop your vehicle off during our regular service hours, you can still have your vehicle waiting for us: park in "Customer Parking", fill out an envelope located in the box on the Service door, enclose your keys and drop the envelope through the slot.

“Open Door” policy

We want you to feel comfortable trusting your vehicle to us. Our Open Door Policy means that if you ever have any questions about the work we're doing on your vehicle, or don't understand any aspect of the servicing, we'll let you see first-hand what we are doing, and why.
