1. How long will my service appointment take?
We offer two types of appointments for your convenience. You can choose to drop off your vehicle for the day or wait on-site while it's being serviced. Be sure to select your preference when booking. For wait appointments, routine services like oil changes or tire swaps can often be completed in under an hour. For drop-off appointments or more complex repairs, we'll provide an estimated time when you book.
2. Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, absolutely. You can give us a call or simply reply to your confirmation email and we’ll help you reschedule or cancel at your convenience.
3. How can I prepare for my appointment?
Unless we’ve advised you otherwise, no special preparation is needed. Just bring your vehicle and enjoy our customer lounge while we take care of everything. You're welcome to relax with a book, coffee, or headphones during your visit.
4. Is there a shuttle or pickup service available?
Yes — we offer complimentary Uber pickups and drop-offs within the city. Just let us know during booking and we’ll make the arrangements for you.
5. What do I do when I arrive for my appointment?
Please allow 10–15 minutes for the check-in process. Drive into one of our service drive-through bays where you’ll be greeted by a service advisor. Protective covers will be placed on your seat and floor mat. Your advisor will go over your appointment, perform a walkaround of your vehicle, and complete your service order.
6. Can I drop off my vehicle after hours?
Yes! Kanata Toyota offers a secure after-hours drop-off option. Please make sure you remove all personal items before leaving your vehicle with us.
Step 1 – Park Your Vehicle: Park in any of the designated spots near our service area.
Step 2 – Fill Out the Envelope: Use the drop-box located between our Service Drive-Thru doors to access key envelopes and pens. Complete the information on the envelope.
Step 3 – Secure Your Keys: Insert your vehicle key into the envelope and place it in the drop-off slot. Ensure it is securely deposited.
