Price Match Promise

At Kanata Toyota Tire Centre, we are committed to offering you competitive pricing on tires. If you find a lower price on identical tires, we’ll match it! Here’s how our Price Match Promise works:

How It Works

1. Find a Lower Price: If you find a lower advertised price or internet quote on qualifying tires within 30 days before or after your purchase, simply bring the proof to us.
2. Present Proof: Show us the competitor’s advertisement or online quote. The competitor must:
   • Be within an 80 km radius of our dealership.
   • Be a physical retailer or authorized dealer (not an online-only store).
   • Offer the same brand, model, size, and specifications in new, unused condition.

3. We’ll Verify: Our team will confirm the competitor’s price and availability then match it. Competitor must have stock available at time of purchase.

What’s Included

Our Price Match applies to the following brands purchased and installed at participating Toyota dealers: Michelin, BFGoodrich, Uniroyal, Bridgestone, Firestone, Goodyear, Dunlop, Continental, General, Pirelli, Yokohama, Toyo, Hankook, Laufenn, and Falken.

What’s Not Included

Our promise does not cover:

• Sale prices, promotions, or clearance items.
• Membership pricing (e.g., wholesale clubs).
• Online-only retailers or quotes from stores outside Canada.
• Misprints, Boxing Day deals, or restricted-time offers.
• Costs associated with labour, valve stems, balancing, or taxes.

Submitting a Claim

• Tires must be purchased and installed at a participating Toyota dealer.
• Provide the advertisement or internet quote with:
  • Date of the ad or quote.
  • Manufacturer’s part number (not the retailer’s number).
• Claims must be submitted within 45 days of purchase.

Your Guarantee

We will match the price and provide a detailed explanation if additional adjustments are necessary (e.g., applying manufacturer rebates).

Terms and Conditions

• Offer valid from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
• Applies to eligible personal purchases, not commercial or fleet accounts.
