We went in looking for a new car, reasonably quickly since we needed a second car to shuttle kids to various activities in September. The salesman, Chris Tayler, was kind, thoughtful, and listened to everything we had to say. He also had experience working in cars himself, and could answer detailed questions about what add-ons were worth it, and which weren’t. He was honest about the likely timeline for a new car, and assured us that he would be on the lookout to see if he could get it any sooner. He originally warned us that the wait could be 6-14 months, but Chris paid close attention to other cars that came though the dealership, and nabbed the exact car we wanted within 6 weeks. We’re already on a waitlist for another car with him, and are looking forward to working with him again. Samantha Hamra also helped us out the day we got our car. Honestly, I think the best part of having her for our customer service was when I said that I was familiar with the car, she just asked me what I needed to know, and didn’t waste my time going over stuff I already knew. She was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough, but seriously, just having someone be chill about the whole pickup was pretty great. 10/10 service from these guys.
